Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your product first, then place a new order on our website.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. If the damage is confirmed, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Returns and refunds for orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, or Amazon are subject to the policies of those platforms. Please contact the relevant platform directly through your account to initiate the process.
