Products & Availability

We strive to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur (e.g., color, texture).

All products are offered subject to availability. In the event of a stock shortage, you will be notified promptly and offered either a replacement or a refund.

Prices

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on applicable legislation.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders

Return Policy

Opened, cosmetic, or personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect.

If a product arrives damaged or an error occurs, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt with supporting photos.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Warranties

All our products are carefully manufactured according to high-quality standards. However, we cannot guarantee identical reactions for every user (e.g., allergies).
